and addresses. The encryption process takes the charachters you enter and converts
them into code that can be securely transmitted over the internet. In the event of unauthorised use of your debit or credit card, most banks
and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from fraululent use,
or they limit your liability to just £50.00 Should you still be unsure about sending your debit or credit card details

payments via an number alternative means. These include Paypal (Visa, MasterCard, Switch,
Solo, Delta) as well as personal and bank or building society cheques. You could
also pay by direct bank transfer or via Paypal. 3. Do your product prices includes VAT (Value Added Tax)?A: All prices displayed for products are inclusive of VAT. 4. How much will I be charged for Postage & Packaging?A: All orders, no matter how big, carry a low, one-off charge
for Postage & Packaging of £9.99 including VAT. 5. What is your shipping policy?A: It is our aim to despatch all orders received before 15:00
hrs on a given day from our distribution centre on the following working day.
For deliveries to a UK address, delivery time is between 1-3 working days.
This includes: England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. All items delivered
will be dispatched using a courier service so you should ensure that someone
is available at the delivery address to sign for the product. All deliveries are made within normal working hours. Special or urgent deliveried

shipping address is requested. You may be contacted and asked to provide copies
of utilities bills and/or ID documents in order to help prevent frauldulent
use of credit cards. As a new customer, we will ship to a secondary address
only if you can prove your link with this address. Existing customers can use out auto Log in function to auto-fill details and
save time. Credit cards are verified against billing address, so if necessary,
please give details of seperate shipping address. 6. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee and money back promise.A: If for any reason you are not entirely happy with any
product that you buy from Greenerair Ltd just send it back
within 14 days of the delivery date (the day on which the product was delivered/signed
for) and we will be happy to exchange it for an item of equivalent value or
give you a credit against any item of higher value. If you cannot find any other item that you would like, we will refund the
value of the item less the actual delivery cost* and a re-stocking charge equal
to 20% of the order value. This is in addition to the excellent manufacturers guarantees, and of course
does not affect your statutory rights in any way. To qualify for this extra guarantee you must notify us via telephone on 0161
272 0083 within the 14 days that you wish to do so and the goods must be returned
unused (at your expense), in good re-saleable condition including original
undamaged packaging and with the original delivery note. Please return them
securely re-packed to: Greenerair Ltd We advise you to take out insurance for the return delivery as items not received
in re-saleable condition will not be eligible for either an exchange or refund. Damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days of delivery and are not
covered by this guarantee. *This charge will be the actual costs of delivery. This depends on the weight
and size of the goods ordered and in most cases will be higher than the delivery
cost charged on the order. In the case of orders for heavy, bulky items delivered

8. Our returns policy.Lost & Missing Deliveries If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your item/items
is overdue, you can enquire about the status of your order by logging on to
Your Account on the left menu and inputting your username and password. Cancelling an item To cancel or change an order before it has been dispatched please contact
us on 0161 272 0083. If your order has not yet been shipped, the order will
be cancelled as per your request with no additional charge to you. If you were
charged for the product your credit card will be credited. You will receive
an email confirmation upon our cancellation of the order. Under the United
Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract
for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies
to all our products. Returning an item Since 31 October 2000 UK consumers now have the right to cancel their order
within a "cooling off period" which lasts 7 days from the day after
taking delivery. Cancellation must either be in the form of facsimile, email
or letter and sent to our address as listed on the contact page of this website.
If you cancel your order under these provisions then you will be responsible
for returning the goods to us in good condition or alternatively you will be
responsible for our costs in recovering the goods. The customer must make sure
the goods remain undamaged and unused. Once you have contacted us to confirm you wish to cancel the contract, please
package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the delivery slip
so that we receive it within seven working days of the date that the item was
delivered to you. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods reach
us in re-saleable condition. They should be well packed and sent to: Greenerair Ltd We suggest that you take out carrier insurance because if the goods do not
arrive in re-saleable condition no refund will be made. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods
to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If
we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange
for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process, you would be
liable for postage and packaging costs*. Once the goods have been returned
and verified to be in an unused condition, your credit card will be credited
for the purchase price less our original shipping costs to you. *This charge will be the actual costs of delivery. This depends on the weight
and size of the goods ordered and in most cases will be higher than the delivery

on pallets the actual cost could be up to £90. Defective items You can always return items if they are defective. Occasionally a product
is damaged in transit or is not working properly. We ask that you inspect your
package as soon as possible after receipt for shipping damage and to see that
the item works properly. If your item appears to be damaged in transit please
report it, if possible, to the person who delivered it. Then call our Customer
Service for a replacement on 0161 272 0083. If your item showed no shipping
damage but is not working properly notify our Customer Service department and
describe what is wrong. We will discuss your options for reshipment of a replacement
item as well as arrange the pickup of the defective item. Any initial defects
must be reported to us within 72 hours of item receipt via phone or email. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it
is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending
the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. 9. Your UK Statutory Rights.A: Under UK Consumer Law these include the following: 1 - Where the goods are returned due to being faulty the consumer is entitled,
under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), to return the goods within a
reasonable time after purchase and claim a full refund plus any other losses
that have been incurred as a direct result of faulty goods being supplied,
such as the costs of postage. 2 - Where faulty goods are returned the refurbishment charge, and/or delivery
charges cannot be deducted from the consumers' refund. 3 - Additionally under the new Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
October 2000 you have the unconditional right to cancel an order. The law says
